Opty, I agree that the judge should always be trying to clear the plate. They are way too over booked and over worked IMO. The question is, what is likely? In this case and others it depends on the skill of the judge and the willingness of the parties.

So is it likely that this CMC will result in a settlement? IMO, no. Could it happen? IMO, yes!
