Until about three months ago no one probably new what direction this co. was heading, but being in mgt one must be very careful because someone might think they did. I`m not sure of Pohl`s age but he can make one heck of a fortune sticking with this co. for ten yrs, and believe me he will get his shares. We`ll give them to him with our vote. Another thought, with no shares in majority, can they even take the co. private or even sell the co. Still wondering RJ
