E. Motion to Dismiss (Judge Fogel didnt "deny" but IMO leaning that way - Leaning(FOR claim contruction (MARKMAN) date to be determined apparently he has had reverseals w/o - (BARCO - Better settle (THEY WERE IMO WEAK in all phases !!!!!)

Hearing ended at 10:15am wct and buying of PTSC stock kicked in right about at 1:15pm ect. Perhaps this single poster was not the only one leaving the courtroom with the same impression.
