Well Barco approach is different... The other companies seem top want to drag out the perceedings argue terms and meanings,, Barco from the begining wanted a quick trail where against delays.. and now agrees to the meaning of key terms for the 336... my only question is their are three patents have not heard other defense's. If they dont get a SJ will we see a settlement....????
