Okay, so I don't get it. I've been trying to read through all of the old posts, but I still don't get it. I'm starting to get a headache. One person says that a patent is stronger if it makes it through reexam. Another person says that it's weaker if the claims are changed. So are all the reexamined patent we have now stronger or weaker?? I'm not worried (yet, I guess), but just completely lost in this whole matter. Is there some primer or something that's available that can make me smarter?
