Well, looking to the "manage violations" page, I see 9 of your posts, between 2/22/11 and 3/1/11, were reported as violations by five different posters, the predominate violation cited being redundant posting. All but one received an "ignore violation", the one receiving a "warn user" being the one processed by TommeeeK.

And what of your posts at 8:28 and at 9:07 last night? Adjust format, and post again?

And your fund for an effort to get an expert opinion.... As Ron has suggested, such may well be an effort in futility, in that another expert may have a differing opinion, and so on.

I'm sorry you take issue, but as to your posting I suspect most folks here would not agree with your own assessment.
