Did you completely miss "and countless other activist shareholders?"
I was refuting the idea that shareholder activism automatically indicates a bad investment strategy.
Particularly regarding this notion:
It is hard for me to envision anyone holding any significant amount of shares and never having anything good to say about the investment.
Historically, many people have held many shares of many companies and ripped Boards, CEOs, and whatever else. Not sure how that is hard envision or how one can't understand that someone with a siginificant investment in PTSC would dare to to criticize management.
