Does PTSC own 1/2 the MMP?

Does TPL currently own 1/2 the MMP?

If Moore is successful in his suit against TPL, then Moore will own 1/2 the MMP and PTSC will own 1/2 the MMP.

If, and I'm only going from the quote of PTSC's former attorney (Beatie), there are two owners of a patent then both must sue for infringement. One cannot do it alone.

So, once again, in my scenario, if it ends up being 50-50 PTSC and Moore.....how do we go after infringers alone?
