What's your agenda?! I see you conveniently left the date off of the top of this PACER. Also, as noted at the bottom, this order was signed March 8, and would have clearly been produced prior to that for the Judge to have signed it yesterday.

The logic in the above statement has thrown me somewhat. Pacer is an electronic filing system and until such time as signed by the Judge how might it be pre-dated or pre-filed?

I'm sure it's as clear as FUD.
