IMO, the deception is the accusation of nefarious activity, impuning the character and actions of someone who has been generous with his time, money, and effort. Granted, I don't always agree with him, but the accusations and implications are so far unsupported by anything but sleazy innuendo, and a sense of entitlement by those who refused to do for themselves something the very easily could have.

IYO, the deception is SIMPLY the difference between Feb 4, 2011 and Feb, 2011, a completely incosequential and non-issue.
