As for how do I know what hours Gloria worked? I don't. Furthermore, with some exceptions, I don't know who has signed MMP licenses over the last year. I don't know what the market price is for infringing on the MMP. I don't know when PTSC's "Future" pie chart is supposed to be reflective of truth. I don't know if much of anything PR'd by PTSC can actually be taken at face value. I don't know how PTSC can be considered "undervalued" at the 40 cents range and yet the very people who were saying so refuse to buy a single share at 10 cents. I don't know what "efforts" CJ, Felcyn and Pohl were so handsomely compensated for in forging the agreement with TPL we are now battling in court with them regarding. I don't know how PTSC can agree that a TPL employee is "serving them well" as the "independent" member of the PDS management committee. I don't know how people who have oveseen the debacles of the last 5 years are going to be capable of improving their performance over the next 5 years.

By the way, to answer one of your questions, people in my position don't get overtime pay.
