Well THAT reply to Opty wasn't a surprise.
First, it seems you forget that Wolf himself benefited from getting those PACERs. It would appear likely more than anyone else.
Next, you just could not avoid an opportunity to remind us all of the shortcomings in PTSC performance. I guess you thought we all forgot.....
Then, to wrap it up, you do the weakest Monday-morning quarterbacking I've ever heard.
Are you telling us that Wolf knew, absolutely, in advance, exactly how much PPS appreciation would be enjoyed with the primed release of that PACER? And that it would be NONE?
You honestly believe that when that PACER was read, and reread, there was no thought of the possible PPS rise that might come from the strength of TPL's response; you know, the one that disclosed the four manufacturers of claimed infringing chips, one of them being TI? TI supplies chips to how many companies, and in what quantities? Gosh, that would mean every one of those companies is a near absolute target!
What if the PPS had raced to 30 cents? Would the blatant deceipt of this board still be okay by you? Apparently.
But, alas, the PPS rise was only 64%, from 9 cents early Feb to 14 cents on 25 Feb - ONLY 64% in a couple of weeks! Bummer!
BTW, the PPS was not 11 cents on Feb 4, it was 10 cents, then it went down to 9 cents and hung there awhile. A little deceipt on your part? Guess it runs in the family.
So am I to surmise that from your logic that if he actually expected PPS appreciation, he would have just left the date on the PACER alone instead of deliberately altering it? Think about it....if I'm not asking too much.
Unbelieveable. Arguing the unarguable.
And you didn't even bother with the protection of Mark's posts repeatedly predicting doom for the lacking TPL response. I'm sure those posts brought comfort and joy to all that read them, and read them, and read them (or was that the reaction of only a couple of the people who read them?).
