Looks like with the close of the quarter on 2/28, that the current BOD has yet again escaped a buying window and can now rely on the argument that they are in possession of inside info that prevents them from purchasing shares (at least until the 10q is filed). How shameful that our BOD and our CEO continue to own so few shares and that they refuse to back up their public protestations about PTSC's value and opportunities, action that would REALLY promote new investors buying into the company.

Of course, there's always a 10b5-1 plans that would absolve them of these concerns, and would go a lot farther at promoting new investor sentiment in PTSC than just about anything other than news of their replacements or some positive substantial revenue generating news. But as we've seen, they aren't interested in returning value to shareholders through actions they control as much as they are in deflecting their reasons for failure.

I guess we should consider ourselves fortunate that they own the following:

• Cliff Flowers - 0 shares
• Carlton Johnson - 525,000 shares
• Gloria Felcyn - 809,700 shares

A whopping 1,334,700 shares OWNED by the company leadership. At 407.8M shares outstanding, our "leaders" own 0.003% of the outstanding shares. REMARKABLE

I guess this particular time isn't the the "eagerly awaited" time that CJ referred to when he said:

"We have eagerly awaited the successful validation of the MMP Portfolio through the reexamination process, and appreciate the fine work of the Alliacense team," stated Carlton Johnson, chairman of the executive committee of Patriot's Board of Directors."
