On 2-4-11 ? Isn't that the same day of the supposed PACER discussion? Is there a relationship between the two? Or is it just a coincidence? Or was it just the "news" from PTSC which was "old news" from Jan 24, 2011?

You raise interesting points which leaves me wondering about the possible effect on the share price had the PACER been posted in a timely manner, for example, might the price have risen higher in the knowledge of TPL's response?

In my very humble opinion, lack of this information coupled with the posts about how no response by TPL was disconcerting played some part in the share price action.

Agreed, the information was "out there" however, over time, there was a reliance that if it was "out there" then it would also be "on here" contemporaneously.

Is anyone else considering starting from the J3 Pacer filings and going forwards to the present to see if any further glitches occurred, and if there was any correlation between posts and share price activity as a direct consequence?
