I ask: if that is what you think the current BOD uses?

I would would have thought there would have been a little more professionalism and business acumen involved. After all, they have the taking care of themselves part down very well.

But I guesss the bottom line is results, no matter what. So I have to give credit to your theory of them using a dart board, and since I have not seen any of them on the English Dart Championship tour that might explain such poor results.

I would have prefered them using a coin toss. That way there would be a 50/50 chance.
