The success or failure of any company, whether public or private, is a direct function of its management, because even the most valuable assest in the world, if merely left on the shelf or otherwise not used effectively, can't sell itself. Nobody outside the Company, whether Baroni or anyone else, is going to make PTSC successful without proper management from within. Certainly, no one with a potential conflict of interest, such as TPL, has any interest in doing so, and in fact has an interest in the opposite. As a result, any realistic and meaningful discussion of "PTSC the company" must necessarily include its officers and directors, unless folks merely want to blank their minds and engage in endless repetition that everything is "positive" and peachy-keen.

The asset of PTSC is the Patent Portfolio, do we agree?

PTSC is contractually bound to TPL to license said asset, do we agree?

PTSC are in litigation against TPL, do we agree?

TPL are under contract to PTSC to maximize the value of said assets, do we agree?

My mind is open to the above facts and it would be most enlightning if you would care to explain what the officers and directors could do any differently, at this moment in time, in pursuit of maximizing shareholder value.

If you feel that there is nothing more they can currently achieve regarding the Patent Portfolio, no reply is anticipated.

Thank you.
