Could be what they are doing?

Of course what they are doing could be a good thing or it could be a negative thing. We will have to wait and see.

Could be what "others" are doing? or have done? Again we have to wait and see. And so does the BOD?

Meanwhile no matter what, we are all ( BOD included ) having to wait on the legal stuff to settle. We waited for the USPTO, we can wait for the legal !!
