Could it be the licensing has continued, we have put a watchdog team on TPL and have decided the best thing to do while we continue to litigate against TPL is to sign infringers. Without all the facts it is hard to tell what is going on. Without a lot of options on my part to change anything except for my position in this company I hope for the positive situations to happen. Everyone has been put on notice of what has transpired if it still is happening then we are all screwed.
