I agree.

  • Fully funded at $8M is fine. Provides a stronger appearance.
  • Closely audited and controlled books for PDS, and licensing efforts a precursor and absloute requirement IMO. Apparently a failure to this point. What has changed? Hard to know if anything in reality except some language in PRs. Players are the same, and no explanation/transparency into the process of how oversight will ACTUALLY be improved. Saying they have additional oversight, and that translating into anything more than a reason for the BOD members to be paid more, are two different things.
  • Even larger funding isn't necessarily a problem, just provides an opportunity for greater $$ to be at risk to TPL's manipulation. One significant quarter of licensing, and/or large settlement could take place and the funds to be disproportionately skewed TPL's way, and we as share holders wouldn't know it until at best the 10q is filed. By then, the money could be gone, and we'd be back in court fighting TPL, and MMP licensing would be back in the mess it's been in for the last year.
  • IMO, there is no more room for error! or incompetency! or dishonesty!
