Of course, whether Alliacense is treated as a third party is the big question. Afterall, what other in-house expenses would TPL have. If Alliacense is handled as a third party I could not argue that this deal is not raping PDS, and as such PTSC. Perhaps clirification should be sought out from Cliff or Gloria.
