I think any layperson could easily determine that what is now “ consisting of " is cleary different from what went before “ consisting essentially of ” .
In the case of the 336, what is now, is still exactly what was before. This may not mean anything to you, since you are intent on suggesting that something in the 336 is different. Perhaps you can enlighten the board as to exactly what is different? Or is this question somehow irrelevant?
