It does absolutely no good at all to tell you what the court concluded as far as contract law, which by the way, was the reason for the ruling.

If it was anything like the contract between PTSC and AMD which expressly stated that AMD's customers would be allowed to use MMP technology, then Quantas never entered into the reason, just the stupidity of our lawyers who drafted the contract. I remember reading that contract years ago but for some reason cannot find it. If anyone has it please post it.
