This sort of thing happens now and then at another place, and when it does we scratch our heads. No buyers, no sellers, MM's playing their games...on and on, with never a conclusion as to why.

The B/A spread of .10 x .16 makes no sense either IMO.

I chalk this up to being in "penny land" as in OTC.BB.

We are in the grips of the MM's and they have their fun at our expense.

One day, I think PTSC will rid itself of this issue.
