I completely DISagree with you on that. Shareholders who had agreements with the company that provided them with approval rights and/or compensation rights would be perfectly ENTITLED to such. If anything, blame the company for agreeing to give them that approval right or compensation right.

As such, these "shareholders" had more than a little say in the direction of the Company, and were completely unlike ordinary retail shareholders, as you are no doubt aware.
