Great return on that serve!
You say, " I don't know, but ask Stan and any other SH's who may have signed an NDA and gained in some way. Of course, I am ignorant..."
I say I thought he was talking about duly elected and appointed BoD members of a publicly traded company that have a fiduciary responsiblity to the shareholders, not individual investors that may have profitted from early investments. I kinda would expect that After all S+L sure did ok for themselves and no one blames them. They were not elected. Yet our BoD was.
I may have a simplistic view of it all, not being an insider and all, but I place all events squarely on the shoulders of the BoD. S+L, Stan if it applies, and anyone else that privately financed with the expectation of a profit is abolutely looking after their own interests. Gee that is kind of like the common shareholder, come to think of it. Uless you are in a stock club, or running a fund, I would have to think you are in that boat yourself, a common shareholder trying to maximaize your profit, based on an investmanet, regardless of any other shareholder.
