Dear Patriot Shareholders.

Thank you all for your participation and contributions within the AGORACOM Community. To start, I would like to thank you all for helping us build the best patriot Shareholder Community. This HUB since October 2007, has become an incredible resource of information for existing shareholders and prospective investors alike, and I wish you to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the long standing HUB Leaders and community members.

As I am sure you are aware, the rumor mill is slowly making its way into the spotlight of this community. Over time, we are 100% certain that some will be proven whilst others will be discarded. In the short term interim, we are certain that everyone wants to bring their own perspectives for everyone to consider - as a content provider, this diversity makes us proud. However we wish to remind everyone specifically about the following:

• Any messages that include a comment, statement or language that may infuriate either a specific poster or unspecified group will be deleted - this includes comments that are made as a footnote addition to an otherwise thoughtful fact based statement.
• Adherence to the forums General Six Rules of use
• Any comments pertaining to the moderation of the forum will be deleted on the spot and accounts will be banned. As you have all kindly been asked twice before, these comments were once welcome via our general inbox.

As of 5 PM today, any messages that contain any of the following will be removed from the forum, and an automatic ban will apply to your profile, until we determine that some normalcy has been restored within this Community.

• Profanity
• Accusations against another poster or group of poster
• Flaming - A post with the intent of enraging a poster or group of posters
• Any questions regarding the moderation of the message board - We've been through this before too many times and any further messages will constitute repetition of the same question and will be deleted on the spot

We understand that many of you are disgruntled about the turn the discussion has taken lateley - and in an effort to restore normalcy to the forum, we shall be imposing bans on posters who have consistently abused our kindness, and our willingness to extend an olive brach to all of you these past few weeks.

We feel that this has been abused, to the detriment of everyone.

Once more we wish to caution everyone that as of 5 PM, we won't be sending out any more warnings - but merely imposing bans on repeat offenders or those who refuse to comply to our six rules of use.

We want the discussion to resume to Patriot and Related issues as soon as possible, and our staff are here to help those who are willing to contribute in accord to our six rules of use and your Community standard.
