That is probably the least discussed topic on this forum.

It is my understanding that future M&A is off the table and profits will be used primarily for divys and perhaps stock repurchase.

If that is an improper understanding of what the company's plans are, I do want to be corrected. It is an extremely important consideration for anyone thinking of becoming an investor or adding shares. I do not recall where I saw or heard the company provide this information, so confirmation would be higly appreciated.
