I'm surprised no one has noticed (or may not care any more) for it was posted yesterday around 5PM.

Anyway, the USPTO rejected claims 4 & 7. I'd like some thoughts from any EEs on it.

As everyone knows, the Final Rejection is just another step. I was hoping for a NIRC but guess Henneman has some work to do.
