Message: Where do we stand with TPL

It was in the time frame of hiring Mr. Goerner, that PTSC, (and, I suppose the BOD) decided that we needed to expand our business continuum. I think it was at that time the powers that be, realized the quagmire we found ourselves in, regarding the TPL/MMP partnership. Seeing the situation as a "Tar Baby".

I thought we had a very good shot at moving forward under Goerner. The guy has an impressive resume. It seems many members of this forum have written the Crossflow acquisition off as a bad M&A move. I don't.

I'm giving PDSG another year to gain traction before I write it off. Litigations surrounding the MMP or TPL, for this issue and that issue, keep getting stretched out in 6 month increments. Time is running out on these patents.

Whoever brought up the scenario that TPL takes Patriots' interst in the MMP, under structured, guarranteed, payments to PTSC..had a great idea. I've been waiting for a while for this to happen simply because of the time factor and the expiration of the MMP patents. I've mentioned the same notion on another board over a year ago.

Can anyone do a comparison of the revenues recieved by PTSC against what PTSC has paid out in legal fees ? Paid out in PDS ? If PTSC actually has $10 million in cash, I would consider that a miracle...and would want to see it. How do we maintain that money, when we start out selling individual licenses for $10 million each...then settle a dispute with the J3....add 11 new licenses in that same quarter...and report revenues of a tad over $11 million, followed by a $9 million legal bill the following quarter ?

Something stinks in Stuttgart !
