Nothing much happening with the lawsuits. I think the next court appearance is April 18. I've submitted a settlement offer to Leckrone. He hasn't bothered to respond, which is no surprise.

I wonder when he made the offer, yesterday or a month ago?

I wonder if PTSC has made an offer and there has been no response as well?

Wouldn't it be wonderful if DL is considering two offers and everyone could work out a deal?
