If there`s payment, it _may_ be being made through another direction (TPL or P-Newco), which is not Patriot. If this is so (Technically) Patriot won`t ever get direct revenue, recurring or otherwise, unless it`s on sales of Ignite Silicon or IP....

(remember, the above is specuation - we`re trying to figure this out).

Remember, Pohl`s reporting responsibility is Patriot. I don`t think he can or should comment on anything outside of his assigned control.
