However, if there is an imbalance to those facts, positive or negative, trying to impart a balance to the amount of posting and discussion of those aspects is really an artificial and misleading representation. Discuss FACTS and opinions! The balance comes when there is a BALANCE in those factors, not when we want to "create" it.

IMO, the truth in that kind of "balance" reasoning is actually falsehood. Provide facts, and factually supportable opinion either in your offering or in your rebuttal to someone else's offering with which you agree or take exception and leave it at that. What's the point of the board if not that.

When / if PTSC reverses its fortunes and has a strong imbalance of Positives over Negatives, are these same people going to argue that there should be a balance in the perceived "negative" views posted so that the "positive" facts are properly balanced?

All of this is pretty silly, IMO. Post facts and fact based opinion and be prepared to support your view, and have a discussion about the company, its issues and its prosects.
