the bod would, imo, not let the cash just flow to tpl if their own compensation packages were directly tied to the stock price. they have no skin in the game. as long as they receive their monthly pay, there is no reason for them to give a hoot about the shareholder or the stock price. ptsc has turned into, and is, a shell company. 98% of the revenues exits the company.....and some wonder why the stock price does not appreciate. just read the financials. but my bashing post will probably scare off investors to this well managed "gem".
