No offense Max, but you have been saying that for a couple of years. If anyone has followed your buying opportunities with actual purchases, they would be deeply underwater. I think the only guy that has been more wrong was the wazoo guy.

I really have to think that MOST here are looking for selling opportunities, as they have had more than enough buying ones.

Again, just my opinion.
