IMO it is all about infringement right now. The patents now have some clarity. It appears both side have dug in their heels for a fight. The motion for summary judgement is claiming they don't infringe. We need to over-come that claim at the very least. If we accomplish that, then we can take the entire case further. I also look forward to others opinions on where we stand right now.
