I also think the BOD should be replaced. But I don't understand your conclusion. The only way the stock will move up is when the number of "licenses per week" grows and grows. And remember, the BOD has nothing to do with the selling of licenses. So a BOD change in and of itself will not ring the bell. The BOD should go, but no one is going to be buying this stock until the sales numbers consistently grow.
