Today's Motions (Barco, et al)

According to my contact at the court, today's motions sought leave to amend infringement contentions and invalidity contentions. Judge Fogel took the motions under submission and will issue a written ruling.

From what I can see, the judge's calendar shows him unavailable most of next week, so not sure if that will effect when he issues a written ruling.
