Message: Today's Motions (Barco, et al)

Personally, I don't care to keep any more licenses private to protect future licensing. There have been 80+ licenses granted. The Leckrone ploy of commingling the MMP with other IP portfolios should be over.

- PTSC should be doing everything in its power to amend the MA to obtain much more power over MMP licensing.

- PTSC should be attempting to secure a substantial publicized settlement from the T3 to satisfy shareholders. Foreget about Leckrone and his strategy.

- Leckrone obviously can't be trusted and it should now be all about PTSC shareholders.

- Every move should be done to satisfy PTSC shareholders.

Did PTSC make the right move in staying the Leckrone case until September?

Should we have risked ending the current litigation with the T3 to pursue our litigation against Leckrone to possibly break up the MA so a new MA could possibly be created? Maybe an MA excluding Leckrone altogether that would include Moore if PTSC and Moore joined forces (not necessarily cases) against Leckrone?

Reverse engineering, etc. Yes, time. We still have 4 more years. Let's hope the BOD's current moves do not allow Leckrone any wiggle room.

I suppose time will tell.
