I don't know for sure the deadline for nominations, but the first part of June has often popped up in prior years, usually based on the date of a proposed shareholder meeting. Others may be able to offer more accurate comment on that, but obviously, if it is June, that doesn't leave much time. Assuming Brian, Stan, and Pete would still accept a position on the BoD, I would likely support any and/or all of them unless a better candidate comes along

Isn't talking about deadlines and nominations moot, with the mere suggestion that a nominee proposal for the next meeting serving no purpose other than raising false expectations?

Obviously, if there has been any very recent change to SEC Rules I'm prepared to be corrected.
