Also, I forgot to mention in my last post, and you also seem to have forgotten altogether, that PTSC is suing TPL for "breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, contract interference, constructive fraud, and unjust enrichment".
All of that language, IMO, sure leaves open the possibility that costs that TPL has and may continue to present for reimbursement may not be proper or even attributable to MMP efforts, and hence my suspicions of TPL's legal strategy, and my "you gotta ask" paradigm.
Again, my reference for my concerns is in part the lawsuit PTSC has filed. Please feel free to provide your reference that confirms that my concerns are invalid and misleading. TIA.
