Pursuant to Moore's complaint:

Revenues generated by MMP portfolio were diverted by TPL to support its business expansion into other non related patent portfolios

Alliacense grew from 20 to over 50 employees; TPL leased more expensive office space and hired Biz Development personnel to seek additional porfolio opportunities. All such expenses were borne by the MMP portfolio and the revenues it continued to generate

TPL departed from the realm of prudent and reasonable business expenses

Moore is informed and believes that TPL made excessive and exorbitant expenditures for legal fees and TPL and Leckrone made secret and undisclosed profits by reason of such legal fees.

The result of TPL and Leckrone's uncontrolled spending was the supposed creation of Project Expenses and other expenses at a level that purportedly precludes payment to Moore.

The mere suggestion of these allegations has to make anyone wonder if TPL's reimbursement of $4.85 million is legitimate and could TPL and Leckrone be receiving secret and undisclosed profits from current legal fees?
