it does appear that he has been able to get away with so very much. What I find interesting is that no one has suggested that the shareholders do anything. We are the ones who are harmed. Should we not hire our own lawyer and sue him ourselves? The BoD has been dragging this thing out for too long now---do the shareholder's have a right to step in and bring suit against him?
