they stated that it would ``benefit the company`` (that is ptsc) in that he would have access to Tatum`s resources. Why would they put such a thing if there were not plans in place to use the resources? And how could they legally imply that they could use the resources if they were not? Their client list is not just Turtle Wax--take a look some of the others. ads
