In answer to your question, yes, I am trying to make a point. Have you tried contacting investor relations lately? Good luck trying to reach someone either by phone or by e-mail. I have written to IR a few times regarding the bylaw amendment for majority voting. I would like to know how the BoD will address an uncontested election where the majority do not want to re-elect a particular director.

Upon info and belief ....at least one director reads this message board regularly.
