You may want to retrace your history before posting more in this purely off-topic discussion.

Wolf stopped posting PACERs because the intregrity of such postings was (rightfully IMO) questioned. The legality of posting issue, which I indeed had wrong and freely admitted, had a foundation, but this issue arose well AFTER Wolf had been banned.

Again, I admitted the error and made a direct public apology to you, yet you apparently still feel the need to fire away. Yet you and others complain about "posts about other posters". As Ads later stated "....posting jabs at other members of this forum probably turns away some new readers".

I seriously doubt that Ads' post that was reported/removed by a Hub Leader (not me either) was acted on by a HL simply because it mentioned Wolf (as suggested). Whether identifying the I-Hub source should be considered "on topic" or "off topic" may be questionable, primarily because most here already knew the source for that info. But wasn't the I-Hub connection a moot point after stating that PACERs could be reposted here? Where was the on-topic value of that post? The rest of that post was indeed off topic and could have been handled via alternative means.

As for the "permission" apparently granted for reposting PACERs here; while I can appreciate the respect and consideration displayed by Ads in not reposting without such permission, such permission is not necessary as once posted, the info is in the public domain. The only problem that could arise is if that info were altered prior to reposting.

So we end up with a pointless, off-topic thread. This one along with the Accounting Seminar thread, also pointless and off-topic.

It is unfortunate that "things PTSC", or more directly "things TPL/Leckrone that (may) impact PTSC", are so complex (to me at least) with so much detail unavailable. Few venture into any conjecture, and understandably so.

Hopefully something will break loose in any one of Lecky's disputes, which could cause a domino effect. This is my current hope, and that the dominos fall in PTSC's favor.
