Say what you want regarding our illustrious BOD (Sarcasm), but I have nothing but praise for our lawyers regarding our Patent submissions, resubmissions, amending, responding, etc for our various patents with the PTO. To date, the results have been impressive IMO.

Regarding Acer et al, I read both sides arguments and it appears we have won a major skirmish. Not a battle or war per se, but I believe our lawyers bloodied Acer's nose a bit with Judge Fogel's recent decision, allowing TPL to include Amended Claims from the recently PTO approved '749 & '890 patents....This is no small victory IMO.

Continued excellent work from our lawyers. Kudos!!!
