At these prices, single digit pennies, and at these volumes, below a few million shares a day, technicals are broken. Some kid with beer money can come in and make a buy that looks like a trend.

Without sustained buying, we're talking weeks here, this will continue to bounce around mostly flat or trickle down on zero interest.
