I don't actually think they have a problem running the company. I think the problem is that they run the company like it's a private company owned by 4 individuals, rather than a public company.

Aside from apparently being substantially in compliance with SEC reporting requirements, there seems to be no other "responsibility", fiduciary or otherwise, that they feel they owe shareholders.
