If PTSC were to be acquired, (say...by Intel) could the contract with TPL be nullified ?

Do you think PTSC management would even begin to know how to shop PTSC to anyone, let alone Intel? If PTSC were to be acquired, by say Intel, Intel would probably be able to get it for the price of a nice dinner.

The BOD has been ripped off so many times I would imagine the last thing any shareholder would want is having them dance with the likes of Intel.
