Inavisis reviewed only a portion of the patents related to the core microprocessor technology and has yet to address additional intellectual property in PTSC's portfolio. Not included in the current analysis are additional core microprocessor technologies as well as pending patents covering JUICEtechnology, DECAFtechnology and C911 technology.

Don’t forget that in 2001 we did not have a partner who owned ½ of the patents. So if the fair market value at that time was $187 million on four patents, with no co-owner; taking into account the revenues already realized from licensing….any guesses as to the fair market value of 1/2 the patents today?

It would be wonderful if our BoD would order a new review to determine the present day value of the MMP portfolio given expiration dates, remaining infringers and considering a partner that wasn’t around in 2001.
